1991 caprice bose RADIO PLEASE HELP!

this caprice I own has the factory bose radio system in it.. all I get when I turn on the radio is a high pitch squeal noise . I did swap out the amp already in the truck with a junk yard one..has anyone else had this issue? please help I would like to keep the factory radio stuff in this car. iv heard putting an aftermarket deck in you have to hard wire all the speakers?

I had the same problem with my 91. I ended up changing it out & wiring in the speakers.

Buy my 91 now & you won't have to mess with yours.
