One day it ran great the next it ran like shit.
When trying to get KOER I get "No Cylinder Id"

What does no cylinder id mean?

There's no limp mode for a 90...
What/how is it running...Running like shit doesn't mean much...

Idles rough, boggs and pops at part throttle and just pops loader at WOT.

If I disconnect the battery it runs fine at first and then back to shit.

I've chacked the voltage at the map, mas, tps, ect, ait and everything is within spec.

The story of your life.

If all the sensors are ok, you more then likely have a PCM and/or wiring issue to the PCM. Find a new A9L and get that bitch tuned. Try cleaning the MAF first if you havn't already thats a pretty critical and if its fubared that could make it run like poo poo

Ok, I guess next question is, is the car stock, or roughly stock?

Trick Flow heads and intake.
F303 cam
80mm Pro-M (Cal for 30lbs inj)
30lbs FMS injectors
65mm Throttle body

Stock pistons, rods and crank.

No smog pump, o2's, EGR, evap canister.

You have no O2's, or did you have it shut off within the EEC?
With that bit of information opens up a big can of worms....
EGR, Evap, smog pump are not really an issue, but with the O2 sensors just disconnected, then that will make problems....
