Just seeing what will happen as Im on the fence on selling my T-Type as I want to go a bunch faster and dont really want to cut up a Rare Low Mile t. As of right now it has been pretty fast 1/4 mile off the trans brake leaving on 14-15psi. Cars dang fast but I have the itch to go into the 9's or faster again.
So here is a short list of whats on the car now.
1987 silver Buick Turbo T. 36,xxx original miles. Beautiful silver paint, maroon interior. New Headliner and Sun Visors.
The engine is unopened except for valve springs, and has run consistant times in the 1/4. (times will only be given to those with cash in hand and standing in front of me all Ill say its very fast for what it is
Parts include: PT-61-52e turbo, 60lb injectors with alky injection,
CAS V-4 stock location intercooler, 65mm throttle body with PTE upper plenum and RJC power Plate.
Fresh trans with PTC 9.5 in non lock up converter and Stage Right Transbrake. (Trans is all roller and built by the one and only Brian Hoffer!)
Posi rear with aluminum drums 28 Spline Mosser Axles with long wheel studs
sophan Rear Drag Bar, Comp eng. Adj. shocks front and rear.
3" Single Shot (Real ATR) with Borla Muffer Electric dump.
Brand New Weld Pro Star wheels with 28 10.50 15 Slicks 15X10 rear and 15X 3.5 front with Matching Front runners.
The only real body mods so far are rolled fender lips to clear the slicks
A/C is ice cold and every thing on this car works! NO RATTLES!
It has an aftermarket sunroof in it. (Was told the original owner did this)
Also have brand new Bumper stripes that go with the car and the only other thing it needs installed is the new Power Antenna.
I may consider a trade for a Faster Buick thats nice. Maybe a Nice Mustang with a turbo.
Like I said Not sure I want to sell it just want to see if someone that wants to put it back to stock or nut cut it up is out there. I have the need for speed and only room in my Garage for 1 toy at this time. I hate to let it go but again I dont want to put a cage in a car this nice and so hard to find now.
Trade Value will be $24,000
Sell cash money price will be $18,000 obo
I do have more photos if your want to see more or just give me a call and come look at it. Doesnt move much do to the low miles I just have a tuff time taking the thing any place.
