In good water conditions with only 2 people in the boat I have seen about 60mph out of it. That was on the old motor also. Run's much better now.

I used to have a picture of the speedo on my cell phone, But dropped that phone in the water a long time ago. Speedo may be a little off, But it walked right away from a 21' liberator with a 250 in it with spinning it past 3500rpm. It's far from a race boat anyways, But once shes up on plane she gets rollin.
