1983 5.0 mustang vert $950

I am selling my 1983 Ford mustang convertible. It has a 5.0 V8 with 4brl carb and a T5 transmission. White leather interior is in decent shape for being 24 years old. The convertible top does need to be replaced. It needs some repairing, or would make a great donor car for putting a 5.0 in a 4cyl. It does run and drive.

where's the pic?
 
The under body has a severe rust problem, rust on frame, floor pans, etc.. Body panels all look pretty nice though. I really wanted to make it work, but it is just to much for me to do right now and am really busy. Its in 48127.
