1981 Cutlass

DOH... shoulda put a "you got XXX days to get this outta my yard" clause in the listing. I had a similar thing with my forged LT1 I sold locally. Motor was ready to go, guy ended up using my shop as his winter storage. Kinda kicked myself in the ass for not giving him a timeframe to get it out. 2-3 weeks is reasonable, 2 months... start charging storage.

send him a certifed letter that he has XXX days to remove vehicle or you will move to storage at his expense

Yeah I guess I'm too nice the guy really screwed me by making payments after he won the auction which we never discussed and not having the cash to get it shipped.....still !!

Tell him your sick of his games and you're putting it back up for sale. Easy to find a buyer now with tax refunds coming out. Put it up for what he bought it for and pay him back. Otherwise it sounds like the joker will keep taking advantage of you.

Thought about that but my hope was maybe he would just disappear .....hahaha

I paid $3600 for it. If someone wants it for $3500 I will sell it and send the guy his money back. He got it a bit cheaper but that's the amount I want if I have to deal with all of this again. It's still a deal for a rust free car with all of these parts...

$3,000 gets it out of my yard. The guy doesn't have the money to ship it now. Have to go get a new title....it was stolen.
