For Sale is a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible (W29 442 recreation) This is a documented 4 owner 66,000 mile car. The exterior color is the factory correct Sunfire yellow (1 repaint about 30 years ago) The paint shows extremely well and was completely re-wet sanded and rubbed (spring 2014) Correct W29 hood stripes added to the hood and side stripes from Phoenix Graphics (installed summer 2013) New rear bumper and correct emblems installed (summer 2013) New correct front grilles installed. New retro yellow GE high beam headlamps installed for a throw back look. All exterior lighting replaced and works perfectly.



The vehicle feature the numbers matching 350 4bbl engine. The entire engine and bay was completely detailed to OEM specs this past spring (2015) new top end gaskets and seals replaced. The car is a a factory AC car. (AC works but needs a recharge or conversion to R-134) The engine features its original Rochester 4bbl carb (completely rebuilt winter 2015) New Edelbrock Performer Aluminum Intake Manifold. (original manifold included with sale. The ignition system has been upgraded to a PerTronix Electoric FlameThrower II with coil and plug wires. (original distributor saved and included in sale) New power disk brake booster and master cylinder (inline tube) All rubber products (vacuum lines, coolant lines ect) replaced (inline tube)



The TH350 Transmission was completely rebuilt (summer 2015) by Bills Transmission of Roseville, MI. All new clutches, bands, seals ect. replaced and a shift improver kit was also installed at that time. The transmission was detailed to the correct specs. The vehicle is a factory front disk brake car with new front brake lines and hoses. The front suspension was recently rebuilt and detailed to OE specs. The original rear end and suspension have been detailed to OE spec. with the Aluminum W27 rear differential cover. The vehicle sits on 15x7 Rally III wheels and BFGoodrich Radial T/A's. The exhaust was replaced (spring 2013) with a full true stainless 2.5" mandrel bent and welded exhaust with Pypes trumpet exhaust tips.



The interior features its born with original black bucket seat interior (original font seats, rear seat, carpet, trim panels, dash, ect.) The vehicle is a factory bucket seat with console shift automatic. The car features the full Oldsmobile Rally Gauge Package with working Tic Toc Tach. upgraded Oldsmobile embossed AM/FM cassette radio was installed by a prior owner (no cutting of the dash) The car still has the original AM/FM radio (included with the sale) The car features a beautiful black power top in excellent looking a functioning condition.



This is a very beautiful and strong running car. It drives smooth and straight down the freeway and wouldn't hesitate to drive it on any long distance trips.
