I would go with the new lenses, the old ones get dark over time and the bulbs are harder to see when lit. I also painted my 69's inner tail lamp bucket with chrome paint, then installed LED bulbs to brighten them up even more.

Yea they have been tough to track down. I will probably end up buying both even though we only need the drivers side. The other stuff we will probably just buy new. Thanks for the links.
