What ohm is the sending unit? Is there vent and return fittings (bulkheads) on top?

there is a vent on the top i donot kno the ohm rating on the sending unit or if there are return fittings on top, ill check that out tonight after work along with the dimentions

alright i couldnt figure out the ohms on the sending unit and the guy i got it off of forgot... its does have a vent and return line on the top, here are some pictures
