well im talking about the newer to present SS vs. the Mustang GT...Its just expected for the camaro to have more power and be faster due to more CUBES, that IS what i was talking about :D

I think it is a natural comparison to look at the 2010 Camaro and the 2009/2010 Mustang :dunno:

The Mustang is still a superior car in every other way, but I will concede that the base v8 Mustang is slower than the base v8 Camaro.

it should be better than what it is... GM is really dropping the ball on bringing out an old muscle car that it killed in the first place... and SLOWER?

It was a serious question, what parts would you improve? Performance? design? what specifically?

2002 Camaro SS was rated at about 12.9-13.5 seconds in the 1/4 and a zero-60 about 4.9 second and weighed about 3700 pounds, wasn't it?

2010 is 13 seconds and about 5 seconds 0-60.

I would have to disagree.

Looks-debateable, but I think the Camaro looks nicer. Granted I like the interior on the new mustangs. The previous generation Camaro's 60's+ all looked worse than their Mustang counterparts imo but this isn't the case anymore.

Handling-Solid vs. IRS come on now get serious.
Power-Camaro as well

The only advantage I see with the new Mustangs is the price.
 
I hate the center stack in the mustang, that would for sure keep me from getting one. It's way too wide. When turning hard and you brace yourself against hard plastic it sucks.
 
i think the interior of my girlfriends 07 mustang is horrible. the center stack is ugly and the plastic is cheap and the gaps are huge, the air vents are cheap, the seating position is terrible and the seat bottoms are way to stiff. the only thing nice about the interior is the way the radio sounds.

lol....I totally dig the interior. I think it's the coolest interior of all the three new pony cars. I think it looks the best too. The handling I couldn't care less about. The engine in the camaro is superior without question.
