100s of cars dirt cheap. Local

Lots of good cars that were left in the weeds to rot. Now its scrap metal and a long way from the scrap yard. Scrap price might be a great option and then he can buy a clean finished ride to enjoy. That is an upside!

Legally he is unable to sell that many without a dealer's license. If Ron obtains said license, then the local government might bring about the running of a junkyard business topic again.
Scrapping will put in place an easy tax cash grab on whatever is netted in the process... Catch 22?
At 74, why not waste the county's time figuring out another option?

This is a shame. It could have been worked-out so much better,
Ron should have had an Attorney with him in in court, would have
turned out much different.

Give them away....

One word - Auction.

Separate the scrap / junk from the marketable cars
and have a big, one day auction & all his troubles
are gone........and he has a pile of cash.

It does look like most of them are only good for parts at best. I'm going to get a hold of him and see if he will let me walk around check them out.

These cars have been for sale for months I've seen the add all summer, it wasn't until the city stopped being nice that cars started selling
