New neighborhood doesn't allow sheds, so this is up for sale. I don't have my receipt in front of me, so specific information at this point is thin. This is not a kit shed. The shed is factory built somewhere in west Michigan and shipped complete to me on a trailer.
Shed was advertised as 10'x17', but actual dimensions are 16'4"L x 9'10"W x ~11'H. I ordered the side entry door and windows as upgrades. The windows open, close, lock and have screens. The entry door vertical clearance is ~6' 2", horizontal clearance is ~6'. I had no problems driving a riding mower with 36" deck and bagging system in to the barn. 4x4 base, 2x4 construction, 3/4" floor, exterior is painted barn wood panel, painted fiberboard trim.
The shed is not attached to the ground, it is sitting atop landscaping stones. The shed can be loaded on a flat deck trailer or flat bed, though overhead clearances must be watched during transport.
