This was at the Rolling Sculptures car show in Ann Arbor the other day. You can hear the whine of the blower, and check out the iridescent paint job!

I spoke with the owner briefly, I didn't get the impression that he was in it for winning contests. And that's totally fine, not everyone is in it for competition.

I agree with the exhaust being dumb but whats dumb about the air filter? Is there a better option for an air filter?
why put a forward facing bird catcher on and then block the front of it? its like putting covers on a ram air scoop so it only pulls from the sides

If it's mainly a street car it stop the dirt and debris from beating the shit out of the teflon liners in those blowers. I myself don't like it, but it doesn't make or break the car. It's a decent looking piece, and functional. Most of us here do rebuilds of our shit on a regular basis...if his intention is to cruise, then the filter = many miles of trouble free blower operation.

then he doesnt need the birdcatcher and can run a regular air filter

Exactly right. He hasn't raced it, so the filter is helpful. He may race it at some point, so he may remove the filter if that's the case.

This vid was posted by Axer as if it is just some random car he saw at a car show... When someone does this people will comment about the car. BTW,I'm not sure how one's ability to purchase this car or not qualifies them to comment? I'm sorry if he posted a picture of HIS OWN CAR or HIS DAD'S CAR and is now upset that some of us mentioned that its cheasy to have bolt-on wheelie-bars on your car that are useless and serve no purpose at all...
