i don't know the original owner , i got it from a guy i use to work with and he got it off a guy who he traded a big ass set of rims to , the guy i got it from knew nothing about quads and could never get it running

Easy to get.
Go to SOS with vin, they will search, if it comes back clean, no lein or stolen, you get a title. Some SOS have instant title, $5 more. I went through it. It's not expensive and can be done in one visit if its clean
