03 cobra motor wiring

I bought a used 03 cobra motor with computer and wiring harness on Ebay. But I didnt see in small print at the bottom it said no steering column included. Well the motor and trans harness and computer were bought for 7500 and arrived a week after ordering. When they arrived at my local shop they installed them in my 89 mustang no problem but when trying to fire it up the PATS activated. Is there anyway to bypass this without going to the dealer and paying a arm and a leg? I heard there are custom computer and harness you can buy. Can anyone help me on this one PLEASE?

I read you can bypass the PATS somehow, but it didnt elaborate on how to do so. Maybe there are after market computers and harnesses. I tried googling but came up with nothing

Is there a custom ecm and wiring harness I can buy? I'd rather do everything personally that way I can have more hands on if possible.

Any reputable tuning shop should be able to disable pats in the tune. You dont need the steering column or any of that other crap form the cobra. You may want to check my car out, I posted under "another damn new guy" in the pub.
