01 bonneville no headlights

i recently bought a 01 bonneville from the auction and the front headlights do not work and i was wondering if anybody has dealt with a problem like this before?? i have already checked a few things:
bulbs good
fuses good
relays good
high beams work
parking lights work
DRL lights work

somebody has already worked on it before(before i bought it) and there is new wiring and butt connectors running back to the firewall from the front. if anybody can fix this cheaply or has an idea what to do if its a common problem they know of it would be appreciated:hail:

I'd have to look at it, but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out, if i get a chance, i will look at the diagrams and tell you what to check, probably something like a bad multifunction switch, or a broken wire to the relay

Most likely a headlight switch. Pull the switch out a check so see if your getting power to the switch . . . and then power out when you turn on the head lights. I dont have the wiring diagram infront of me, but it wont be too hard to test the switch. Just hook your test light up to the wires coming off the back of the switch, and turn the switch on and off in the different positions. Good luck!

high beams work, so i doubt its a headlight switch, like I said, most likely a bad relay or multifunction switch(high/low dimmer)

check all the fuses, and check the bulbs first though, i should be going back up to the shop in a little while, I'll get a diagram
