scott, the wife is not a fan of the shared driveway with one house in front of the other so we are going to pass at this time. if you need a good realitor i have on (remarica), i grew up with her and she bust her ass for her clients so if you need one let me know. either way its a nice setup and i am sure you will have no problem selling it .good luck with whatever you choose to do.thanks for your time ,rick
