I have a 93 Grand AM with a brake problem. I bleed the brakes, have good fluid flow at all 4 corners with the car off and good pedal. When I start it I have no pedal it goes straight to the floor pumping does not help. Is this a sign of a bad master cylinder or something else?

My volt gauge is pegging when I rev the car causing the battery light to come on and an awful squeal, car is a 94 Cobra, could this be the voltage regulator?
