Got a deal on an open box return at Lowes on a Werner 10'-12' attic ladder. Needs a 25.5" wide opening and I've only got 22.5" so I can't use it. Paid $100 + tax so if anyone wants it for 106 let me know, otherwise I'm going to return it in a few days. I think normal price is 225+tax.
