Anyone know who can make me a new turbo down pipe that goes out my fender

I have a 95 mustang gt .it has plenty of mods and ive always wanted a mini tubbed car even though i don't race but a few times a year.. Can any one tell me what is all involved and pro and cons of doing this.

Car has tremic 3550,spec 3 6 puck clutch.billet flywheel.firewall adjuster,double hoo; quadrant. Cant get it adjusted properly. One way the trams won't shift and other way clutch slips. I tried to get in the middle with no luck. Please help.
