Good, bad, indifferent?

Looking for some place that can rebuild my strut... one bad, rather not have to buy a new one. It's a KYB AGX McPherson style strut that's been converted into a coil over.

Got some centerline polished aluminum wheels, they are pitted. I sent them to centerline to get refinished, they did a shitty job, still pitted. any place local? could have saved shipping and just paid some place to do it right. Gonna ream the bastards at centerline who screwed me. First...
