What's a better to run .29.5 or 28.5

I need to know if I can run a turbo,charger with 14.1 compression.I don't want to change anything on motor just want to upgrade to a pro charger bolt on

I need to know what tire I should run.I've been running a 29.5 and it seems to me I'm not getting out the hole as quick as I want.I got the 456 gear,5500 stall a lot of HP but to me seems like a lil sleepy out the gate.it comes off the ground but I wonder if tire size is go in to make a differance
