Anyone have a good recommendation on what transmission fluid I should run in my AOD it has b&m trick shift in it right now but I just got a new stall and want to change the filter and I'm not sure what fluid I should put back in it

I have a 93 mustang and it has a 4.10 which was great last year NA but this year I added a turbo setup. The car is stock weight and is an auto AOD and sees light track use. I was told 3.55 is the way to go but just wanted to get a few more opinions.

I need a new stall for an AOD anyone know of a good place I can pick one up?

Looking to do a cam and run a 100 wet shot on a stock LS1 with boltons want to get the best bang for my buck anyone have any suggestions on a good cam?
