Wtb 6.0 Looking to buy a gm 6.0 lq4 block or whole motor what ya got?

It says that I has a throttle by wire set up do I have to use that function or can I use a standard cable throttle? Will it effect how the system operates it's on a turbo 6.0 set up

I have a 302 with a aod behind it I'm wanting to swap to a t5 but haven't heard that I can't because the motor has to be balanced for a 5 speed is this true or is some playin games?
